What the Hell Happened?!?

They got about $6200 for a Q2 bonus (and it was hush money)! But, they also must scramble now to get benefits and find a new source of income so just continue to do the bare minimum here and take Vanda's money!

And, Vanda screwing people out of bonuses is nothing new since they owe folks bonus money from 2017 still!
It is absolutely hush money (and deserved for getting the shaft in such of a vindictive way). Without a decent severance, those NSRs would have been filing more suits than the one person legal department could begin to handle. I still hope that some did not sign and are suing this POS company.

Who is left in the legal department because the general consul dude left?

This company wouldn't even pay the full medical benefits and are still making the ex-employees pay their portion for the next three months.

I also hope that people sue but the only concern is that the company may not be around for much longer so if a lawsuit was filed--the company could buckle before anything came out of the lawsuit.

It's an Associate legal department. One female fresh from law school with no experience..... Just like Dirty Daddy Poly likes.
 






anyone who thinks they are safe here is crazy. TWICE now, the "leadership" has cast aside good people for some petty or no reason. The ANSR experiment will be a failure like everything else touched by the corner suites but that will not stop them from still purging the rest of the NSRs.
Twice just for the field. Don't forget the sales pseudo-leaders did the same with marketing in early 2017. Knowledgeable , dependable, competent people were canned and replaced by Dr Polys daughter and a couple of her young playground friends. Other departments have been destroyed by the horrible decisions made at the top. Field Sales is yet another victim of a short sighted, greedy control freak.

That should be the least of Vanda's worries. They should be more concerned with demanding fanapt sales for bipolar and hetlioz sales for insomnia along with the internal hub and Dr P's ignoring HIPPA and the sham foundation just to name a few of the many many others issues facing Vanda.

there is the young lawyer that sent out the laughable memo about saving records and be ready to send them in so they can purge and/or destroy them before the feds can see them. she is probably gone by now and replace by Dr P with an Associate Legal Department aka a paralegal.

That memo was so funny. We were forbidden from discussing it with coworkers. That screamed "we are a dirty company and we are fucked"

No communication on bonus pay out or GAR reports. What is going on with this company? Still think they aren’t selling it? Better be interviewing somewhere else, because the people that are left might have 6 months if that.
 












Anyone else notice GAR reports don’t have all vacant territory’s, so we don’t know how bad the company is tanking with talented people that were just tossed to the side? Be interested too see these area’s and just how bad they are doing.

That is why GAR reports were held all quarter until after the purge. Some good reps were purged but they don't want us to see that.
