What reps think of acell

Wait till the investment world finds out he’s in charge of sales. Are you buying stock if that guy is running sales? NO F-ING WAY! Plenty of other places to put money in the market with experienced management team. I’m not buying a single share and I work here. What does that say?

You’re right Tone, Instacart is were previous ACell reps have to go after having this useless snake oil sales job. Only the smart ones get out before it’s too late.
 












Company is dirty. Just look at the director of sales. He was named more than 30 times in the DOJ investigation report and the whistleblower specifically named him as the root of numerous allegations, including inappropriate interactions with Surgeons and off label promotion. No individual was referenced more time in the DOJ report than DD.

The guy is flat out dirty and clueless. Him and his “buddies” that stick together are a complete and obvious liability for the company.

TB is ALWAYS trying to take credit for sales he had no part of. just telling us “big 6 “ and “for the patient” over and over again doesn’t mean you did anything. The guy is complete fraud.
 






Everyone knows the real deal with TB. He’s not smart at all, pretends to know what he’s doing, and kisses up to the director of sales more than you can imagine which keeps him from being exposed. Funny this is that we all know he’s worthless. He’s knows it too

Hmmm... Let's think about that... 10 surgeons a night, 50 surgeons a week, 200 surgeons a month....

A typical ACell rep maybe calls on 30-40 surgeons in their entire territory. So we are gonna email the same surgeons 4 times a month?? Or are we just emailing people just for email metrics??? Wow the strategy this guys comes up with is mind blowing. He will tell you he has lost 100's of surgeons and has won them all back again. First of all, you have to have 100's of surgeons on board at one point in order to lose them. And we know his run in sales wasn't that long or successful. Let's not forget he owes it all to NP for getting him out of the basement cubical at UPMC where he was pushing papers.

Of course physicians want you emailing them all the time. They love when reps push product through sending mass e-mails. Hey doc, got any cases for ACell? This is exactly what they want. Sounds like you don’t need to wonder why most docs just go silent on communication with you. You also have JS telling you to text your docs to see if they have any cases. Another annoying rep texting for sales. Don’t worry, if they really need ACrap, they’ll let you know.

TB - incredibly dumb, can’t complete a thought, and thinks telling people what to do is managment.

JS- uptight, zero personality, and thinks he can fake it if his shoes are fancy. Total loser with a fake it till you make it mentality. Would definitely be voted captain of the Dbag team.

MM- giggly idiot that you can’t put anywhere near a doc. lacks leadership skills and nobody on our team respects him.

NB- moves into management after 6 months of device experience because nobody else wanted the job working under a tiny dictator. He’s like a lost puppy hoping people don’t run him over. Unfortunately, he’s always gets run over.

You would think comments on 4 different people from an anonymous source would have some sort of lies or inaccuracies somewhere. However, all 4 comments couldn’t be more accurate. This is by far the worse region in the country to be associated with and isn’t going to change because we have the worse DOS imaginable overseeing this disaster. Thanks Pat
