I'm a pc1. Look, I'm happy for the pc3 reps getting promoted with more money making opportunities. Good for them for being in the right place at the right time. I'm not upset at them, but I am upset at leadership. Many of the pc3 reps were literally just hired last year and now they are already spec reps.... I'm mean, wow!! That's going to look so good on their resume. Now all the pc1 and pc2 have to be in a supporting role without any compensation. Yeah, not happening. I'm so so so done with this company. I'm checked out. I'll collect a paycheck while looking for other jobs. Or, I'll collect a paycheck, and just milk this company for years to come.
I hear ya.
PC3 was given the “be supportive to PC1&2” direction last year when y’all launched MJ.
We are literally supposed to compete for the same patients but knowing MJ is a much better drug.
And we were told to be suooortive when offices asked us for MJ or MJ info but still compete for that patient.
PC 1&2 had a lot of new hires too. Y’all are some elite sales force just because y’all got to sell a drug that sold itself.
But I understand the frustration about us being designated as specialty.
It was tough for a lot of us that inherited y’all’s Jardiance performance and started out being in the bottom 20% of the company from y’all’s work or lack of it mean while y’all were being gifted max commission checks
Works both ways I guess
