You do realize PC1/2 are still in launch mode with Mounjaro, right? You do realize it would be an absurd undertaking & huge disruption to successfully launching Mounjaro if they were tasked with also launching obesity, right? Or are you so incredibly, ridiculously myopic, ignorant & brain dead that these very basic principles of business are too challenging for you to comprehend?..
 




Amy Jorgenson is completely out of touch with her people. Completely. Out. Of. Touch! She needs to go! Horrible leadership and oversight. This decision will only confuse the HCPs more and will create a division between PC1/2s versus PC3s. This isn’t Team Lilly. If I heard “supporting role” one more time on that call - were just words to ease the blow. I’m not working for free nor am I supporting anything I’m not getting paid for. 85% bonus when plan was over a mil. Plus the lowest paid reps STILL in the industry basically. COME ON!!!

Actually, I’m PC3..What do you mean “Do nothing”?..Many of us have successfully grown the business & market share of a nearly 10 year old product against very aggressive sales goals in a SGLT-2 marketplace where doctors opinions & utilization are very well established, and incredibly difficult to change.
So, what, you think PC1/2 not only deserve to be gifted Monjauro, but also the new obesity drug too; while those of us who have paid our dues the last year, and been successful doing so just get stuck continuing to sell a product that is getting more & more irrelevant by the day?
You are the ignorant, selfish douchebag. To hell with you, and anyone else who thinks that way.

If Syneos reps were better than us, they wouldn’t be contract reps, now would they?…
Once again, it doesn’t matter what you believe because obviously the executive leadership believes in the PC3 division enough to bestow us with the obesity product, and that’s all that matters, junior.
 




PC3 = JV. Soon they will be spec? What a farce. PC1 & PC2 has invested the time and effort teaching HCPs everything about Mounjaro, enough to have the most successful launch in pharmaceutical history, despite multiple saving card changes, no samples, poor coverage, and hardly any resources.This is a ridiculous play. Multiple reps coming in talking about the same molecule. Stupid.

OR...you are so bad at selling Jardiance, failing the BI contractual obligation, that they are passing you a 'lay-up' in obesity while Syneos substantiates numbers that you claim for J. That's why PC1 is pissed!!! The weight indication will be an easy sell...perfect for the lackluster group, and PC1 get's no credit for the hard upfront work. But, whatevs...as long as the company looks good, right? PS...Contract reps are contract for many reasons...and it will be clear who was pulling the weight when PC3 is pulled out of J. Hopefully she doesn’t look both ways when she crosses the street. That comment she read was most likely a post it note stuck to her laptop. If you were on the call, you know. Ice Princess of pharma. Gifting PC3s a spec role blows my mind. But not at least giving PC1 or 2s any bonus to assist is horrible. I’m not supporting them. Not including them in any lunches giving any tips in the field - nada! Sorry doc I can’t talk to you about obesity and I won’t because I don’t get paid for it you have to call yet another rep and have yet another rep in your office…

So, you just believe the executive leadership just -for some reason- loves the PC3 division, and views us as the “underachieving child” they feel obligated to support?
My god you are so incredibly stupid it’s unbelievable, and I don’t just mean that as a dismissive insult, I mean that as in you are literally stupid -as in “completely devoid of basic intellect”. You should wear a safety helmet wherever you go considering how soft & mushy your head must be.
