Immediate promotion to spec for an entire sales force regardless of current performance. Copay card and forecasting debaucle for Mounjaro. What has she done right?

I think this is Lilly’s way of wanting people to leave. Don’t pay them, blame them for bad sales when they can’t keep the product on in supply and can’t properly get it on formulary, and now don’t let us sell the obesity indication when we already know the obesity market AND the drug. There’s no reason why we can’t all sell the obesity drug honestly… it’s easy to talk about both. Lilly just knows they have too many reps and don’t want to lay people off they just want to treat us like shit so we just leave. If PC3s understood HALF of the shit we’ve dealt with them they’d understand the anger. It’s NOT just the indication it’s face slap after face slap. IF they gave you all the indication but paid us on our bonus and gave us fair goals then we wouldn’t mind as much. But for them to give us a shitty $1700 bonus, blame us for all the supply issues and formulary issues, have us fighting and begging for scripts and providers to rerun stuff and make us look like a bunch of dumbasses it adds up and that why we’re all TRULY frustrated and sooo done. Lilly is going to lose a lot of reps and they know that that’s what tf they want so they can keep their reputation of a company that doesn’t lay off as much as other companies…
 




We’re not just mad about the indication. We’re mad at all the stuff adding up. WE WORKED OUR ASSES OFF to launch this damn drug! And we work our asses off trying to save all these scripts because LILLY fucked up and doesn’t have supply or insurance coverage and they blame us for that?! Wtf? They just said they’re going to pay us $1700 for our Q1 bonus who is happy about that? Then they gave us some shitty ass growth goals when they still haven’t figure out supply and BCBS! They’re making us look stupid in front of our providers. THEN YOU ADD THIS wtf? Then call us support reps? PC3s did not help us 1 bit during this launch you want us to support them when you slapped us in the face multiple times with this drug. And we had this to look forward to and you rip that away? That’s where the frustration comes from. Then you LIE on the call and say PC3s aren’t getting a raise when in fact they are moving to the higher specialty bonus when we laid the ground work for them to launch successfully? THAT is why we are pissed! If they paid us well and things went more smooth we would not be as upset but its repetitive disrespect from Lilly that is really pissing us all off.
 




Lilly wants to downsize the PC1 and PC2 sales force but doesn’t want to lay people off. They just want us to all leave that’s why they’re treating us like dog shit

so a drug in my bag for diabetes gets a weight loss indication and I won’t be able to talk about it? Okay buddy lol. Not in the DBU but another division. PC3 really are not well trained or do much. I feel badly that the reps who launched this drug do not have it for the new indication. They continually get underpaid and under appreciated. PC3 reps have a very young sales force ( for the most part) who have little payer knowledge and account management skills. Mistake on this one. Glad I’ve never been in this division. It’s so messed up and senior leadership is nuts..

PC1&2 jelly AF. They wanted another gift where they made 120% of goal 3 weeks in to the Q. They wanted another gift like launching the best T2D drug of all time while their only competitor had a supply issue and wasn’t available to get scripts filled.

I mean they worked sooo hard lolol. Some of the worst sales reps in the company were successful because they literally had to show up and drop off samples. Actually didn’t even have to leave samples because patients had no choice and couldn’t get OZ.

Did we mention that they had a copay card that allowed MJ to be written for literally any reason without any ST required.

Oh how hard they worked and developed the market only to hand it over to PC3 for obesity? Lolololol

If you knew what you were talking about… diabetes and weight loss go hand in hand. The big difference between Mounjaro and other stuff is the weight loss! That is why it’s in our IVA. We do talk about the weight loss with Mounjaro but we have to clarify it’s not indicated for weight loss. A huge thing diabetics need to do is lose weight. Even the beginning of our IVA states the importance of not just A1C for these diabetics but also weight loss and how both together lead to success for diabetics.
