You sure got that right, we now have great new managers, one never works with his reps,
one doesn't know anything about our industry, and one, well,we know why she's a manager.
Good job of getting rid of incompetent mgrs. Ray.
 






Funny that Grifols gets rid of the mgr in the NE for being incompetent, giving no notice to reps to work with them, having another business on the side, have a bad reputation with customers, cant utilize his computer or reports and replaces him with someone who doesnt know half the business, has not been in sales in the mid 90s, has no management experience, has another business, does not know how to utilize his computer or run reports, already can not go into some accounts because they have asked him to leave, does not let reps know when he will be with them, and gives different information to everyone about the same subject.

I like that after Ray lied to us last year during the national meeting about not knowing about the 38.3% increase of Alphanate, He waits until AFTER the latest meeting to give us
our HUGE Flebo quotas---I guess he learned his lesson. Why does Victor put up with Ray's
shortcomings? Oh wait, He's Greg's and Bill's boy. Maybe he can use the Lethegen paper
to move the tremendous amount of Flebo that's rotting in the wholesalers!!!
 












If you learn nothing else when using CP learn that you must use initials or a general reference to a person - using the actual name will get the post removed every time.

Not that I disagree with this thread....

Ha ha why don't u just say "and I'm a Red Wings fan"-we all know who wrote this.One more thing... tap the brakes on the "top selling rep". Companies don't just get rid of producers.
