I am still shocked that Julie managed to get rid of almost every RD in her zone. Did they make her a ZD just to increase turnover?

What do the remaining RDs think? Hopefully they are updating their resumes!!!
 


















Totally agree regarding the harassment and bullying that female members of Shire Sales face on a daily basis from their male "colleagues". Just look at the brutal harassing posts on Kathy K and now its Julie. HR needs to investigate and clean house of these misogynist bullies. Speaking for a number of my co-workers, we are sick of the sexist culture that still permeates Shire.

If Kathy K and Julie are your examples, you will never be able to prove anything other than people being good judges of character.

Well know fact Kathy Kobe visits cafepharma multiple times a day and defends herself all by herself. I am a female at Shire and have been here over 10 years. Not sure who Julie is personally. I have friends that cant stand her but none of them put her in Kathy kobes range of awfulness. Could it be possible that we really don't care about gender or race all that much but we judge on performance. Sounds to me like there are a couple bad female leaders and a whole bunch of bad male leaders. How is that picking on females? You make us look bad I trying to use examples that don't add up. This is why when there really is issues with gender discrimination No One Believes it because of females like yourself

Don't think anybody was trying to break down a woman??? All strong Shire women including myself have either left already or are currently looking for a job. I have two interviews coming up and I'm crossing my fingers. After listening to that uninspiring conference call it really is time to go.
 






This issue is leadership not the gender of the leader
The woman happens to be a poor leader its not an issue of her gender
If it were a man we not even be having this discussion he'd be gone
 






A strong Shire woman understands that the gifts such as logic, decisiveness, and strength are just as feminine as intuition and emotional connection. She values and uses all of her gifts. Women will lead Shire/Takeda to greatness!!
