Sounds impossible but there are two ZD's worse than Julie. She might be bad but consider yourself lucky.

I’m more disappointed than anything. I’m disappointed that I came to a company that cares more about hiring “buddies” than hiring what’s best for the business. This is across all divisions.
 


















Face it. most of those RDs in the west came from the island of the misfit toys, Chuck??? guy was a complete BS artist, all hot air no substance. Julie is a perfect fit and watching that zone burn to the ground under her watch is absolute must watch reality tv, how much you want to but that her bff natalie is a RD soon
 






I made the comment that Julies family and condition should be off limits... why did CP censor that??? Those things have nothing to do with how poor of a leader she is and should not be brought into it.

No need to twitch out over your inability to lead Julie. Just do better. Don't worry. When you are around we can put on a smiley face and give you hugs and tell you how great you are. We have gotten really good at that over the past several years dealing with Perry Kathy Mark and Kevin.

I laugh at that, there is no such thing as karma, it’s nothing more than voodoo/witchcraft/mystical nonsense. As you may have heard some of the fired RD’s and Reps have found better paying jobs with stable companies that are launching new drugs and actually have a pipeline and aren’t ablaze and sinking. JM is the one that is burning bridges, what is there 11 RD’s about 90 reps in the west? + all those in the southeast. Those reps and RD’s will spread out across the Pharma world. Word will travel fast and multiply rapidly about JM and her ineptitude. The stories will abound about the path of destruction she leaves in her wake. Her reputation will be in the gutter. Her only hope is to attach herself to PS, MR or KC if she wants to find a gig when she eventually is cut.

You crossed the line. Separate your own personal issues as we all know that she as set up to fail. At least she had the guts to try.
 






The blame is above JM. KC lack of competency led JM to fail in the west and confirms lack of knowledge on how to lead a diverse marketplace. Perry pulls the strings and if you don’t bow down to him your gone. Everyone else is a puppet. The west won under SS as he created h
