I find this post to be offensive. If you actually know Julie, you would post about her commitment to turn the West around to a winning region! She has always been a straight shooter and is highly supportive of reps that actually perform. In addition, Julie is very approachable and listens to counsel. It is a shame that you are able to post crap on our site.

It was a winning zone under Sansone, then Julie took over Jan. 1 and it’s crashing. This is the problem with women like Julie, they want to be that strong women leader, they want the men to hear them roar! They essentially have an inferiority complex, they aren’t really good at what they do, they use their gender to get promoted and they don’t want their subordinates to know they are clueless. Thus, you get a female in a leadership position, hence Julie, who is trying to mask incompetence via putting fear in the hearts of her RD’s and reps

EXACTLY... Has nothing to do with gender, old Shire, or anything else. I have been here less than 3 years and am a female and I am smart enough to know a bad leader when I see one. Julie is not good. You should never lead by fear which is her number one tool in her kit

The West didn’t need to be turned around until JM came. Remember- the West was winning and had the best culture under SS. What culture or communication is there now? Interesting what out next Zone meeting will be like. Im going to sneak over to the NE Zone meeting!
