Vraylar - Nation Not to Goal

You sound like a jealous pencil pushing accountant stuck working all day in a cubicle making less $75k a year that just saw a spreadsheets showing that most sales reps are making 2-3 times more than you do a year. You are so clueless to think AI/social media will replace us. We don’t need to justify our salaries. Not everyone can deliver bagels and coffee like we do. Blame the stupid Executives for deciding to make territories smaller while continuing to add more sales reps in the field when access is horrible and Vraylar has been on the market for over eight years.

Stay far away from this psyc role unless you really need the job. My worst abbvie role in years. SB and Marcus are jokes. They barely work but send out lengthy emails with 0 relevancy. They are not truly positive and motivating at all. For this being a great role to have most of your team (including yourself) hate it. Tracker after tracker. Check box after check box not to forget the lengthly business plans youre required to do. They track everything already why add on “busy” work?… they even check irep calls and you will get a call from your manager if not logged correctly.

And why didn’t Marcus get fired when Matt Britt, Colleen Moore and Kelli C got the boot? He was way more non-compliant on those “selling lane calls” than anyone else!

MULTIPLE REPS LEFT THIS WEEK ALONE IN THE NORTHEAST. Why is this? Insane micromanagement and pressure, minimal showing of appreciation, all while getting shitty bonuses quarter after quarter….no one except CT is even in top 50%. If this isn’t a red flag to IC dept that goals aren’t fair…I don’t know what is.
They were smart!
