Medicaid absolutely needs to be factored into goals. Some territories have preferred status while others have 3 step failures. WE ARE NOT THE SAME.
Finally an email admitting there are reporting and access issues…this time with regarding change healthcare. At least the company isn’t hiding the issue like they did with Genoa reporting issues that screwed a lot of reps over the last half of the year. what will the company do now? Probably the same thing they did with Genoa…nothing! It’s just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.

So what are we all thinking about how this Change Healthcare hacking/ransome is going to impact the attainments this quarter?
Grow up and SELL!I live in Illinois. We have a FIVE step/failure requirement on Medicaid and Managed Medicaid. I’d kill for three failures. Such BS.

FYI we still do NOT see Genoa’s NBRx. The TRx from Genoa we see, “on the back end, projected.” Keep this in mind…this means anyone with Genoa Pharmacies won’t win the NBRX SPIFF contests. As they’re not paying for that data.
Winners like me make bonus. Losers like you post on CP.To be fair, this is an issue with Genoa and their reporting service/ some in-house arguments.
Every company is dealing with projections because of their data.
That said, it's pretty hilarious to see people "winning" tens of thousands of dollars based on projected data when the company knows what the back-end issues are. Who would design a honest contest based on this, in the first place, is beyond my understanding.
people get fired every day. It’s usually due to compliance reasons unless your territory is generating a lot of scripts and revenue for the company…then they look the other way!
‘tell that to the OGs in Iowa that HAD one of the largest volumes in the country. Built it from the ground up and sent packing by the almighty HR
