Viiv

Hey Lewis. We can't breath! You have not listened to your people. They have told you that your micromanagement was a bad idea. That in-person calls puts our health, our families health and the health of our customers at risk. That COVID-19 is real and that our employees are becoming infected. I call for a new internal movement I will call TLM. TAM'S LIVES MATTER. We can't breath!

Agreed-if our leadership won’t go out into the field-we should not either

One of my best managers at GSK was a black female. She was helpful and wanted to help me understand all of the new expectations at GSK. Last I hear she was in vaccines. Hope she is still there. I had Lewis as a manger and he was the worst jerk I have ever experienced. He tries to talk the talk but does't walk the walk. He tried to manage out experienced reps he thought were "older"....and went with his reps who did Crossfit workouts with him.. Screw him...I have left GSK and wish him ill. Good luck folks-- he is who GSK wants in control right now so maybe re think your career path. He did his best to manage good people out and for that I hope he gets what he's due!

So being white makes you a bad leader? Being black will change the world? What a racist bunch of posts you all are spewing? Shame on all of you women And men and race of any color bashing

As the U.S., France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands all begin to see large increases in COVID-19 cases, Lewis continues to ask TAM's to meet with customers face to face. He will not tell you that directly. He's goes about it in a sneaky and sleazy way. He creates a system that "encourages" in person contact. He "encourages" TAM's to lie about their activity. He has his RSD's execute his dirty work. Of course he does all of this from the safety of his home. Only venturing as far as his driveway to do his CrossFit exercises. This is a leader? This is someone who is looking out for employees and their families?

or - stay home and work from home the option to all of us at viiv. Not sure why you would go out if it’s not safe for you. Stay home it is your choice ! you still work and make your customer calks remotely. Who cares who is out and who isn’t everyone has a different story in their local area- some areas are open some are closed use your adult judgment and stop comparing yourself to areas that are open.

I think the whole point is that there is a manager named Lewis who will judge you harshly if you decide not to go out. So if you want to make decent bonuses or flourish in your career you really don't have a choice. What about that do you not get???

It sounds like a personal pressure you are creating for yourself. If you have to stay home work from home if you can’t go out then don’t go out. Bonus isn’t given more to people that go out - what part about that don’t you get? Cross fit yourself and find something else to bitch about. The option to work from home is there for everyone. Of course there is support for people that choose to and can go out. No one is forcing you to leave your house in covid.

The last post would make sense except Lewis has made it clear. If you are on his fabricated list, you will receive a lower evaluation. My hope is that Human Resources is made aware of his unethical tactics and prevent him from using his personal evaluation system. You obviously don't work under cloud of Lewis. If you did, you would know that of which we speak. Hypocrisy, unethical evaluation systems which encourage meeting customers in a COVID-19 environment and kegel exercises in your front yard. Such a great leader.

Word on the street is that someone has the blues. And it's only going to get worse. Word is, attorneys may be getting involved. Just keeping y'all informed. Someone may be terminated over this.

As more statistics about covid-19 pour in, it is astounding that someone would be able to create a ranking device that encouraged in-person face to face interactions. One person in a very powerful position who mandated RSD's to enforce placing our employees in harms way. Placing customers and patietns in harms way. The person in question was asked and begged not to implement this program. I hope that attorneys do become involved and that the individual responsible for reckless decision making is held accountable. A slap on the hand is not enough! This is the type of person and poor decision making that make for a toxic work culture. Where employees at the lowest level are not just harassed but put in harms way. I hope this individual feels the same amount of pressure many of us felt. Where your job and health are placed in jeopardy. Even if this person is allowed to remain, they have lost all credibility and respect.

it seems like you interpret the ranking differently than me a f2f is the same as a virtual meeting- how is that putting people in harms way if you stay home?

Don't know what all the fuss is about? I'm waxing my skis and getting ready to hit the slopes! Nothing will happen to me. I have placed the onus on your managers. And come evaluation time, I'm just like Santa Claus. I know who's been bad or good. I know who's call averages are low. I will have the last laugh! Ho ho ho!

I believe people are referring to the AVP in the West. Today he was speaking on a national sales training call. I have never heard someone love to hear themselves speak so much. He is in over his head. His comments are those that would typically come from a primary care field manager straight out of manager 101 training. Totally unimpressed with this individual. If this is the type of leadership ViiV is looking towards to lead us to overcome Gilead, we are in trouble.

No wonder Gilead continues to kick our ass
