Good lord! Got a call from one of these condescending idiots last week. Between her munching on some type of food and telling at her screaming kids in the background I literally had no idea what she wanted or was talking about. How and why does this place em[loy these low level idiots?
 


















Do any of these twits have ANY industry or recruiting experience at all? I have been dealing with one of these incompetent nuts for he last 2 weeks. I could not get a straight answer or any promised follow ups. I finally just gave up and told her I was not interested. Completely unprofessional and just ridiculous.
 


















I received a Linked In invite from one of them that I did not know.
She is in a totally different part of the country and was not contacting me about a job.
I think she was trying to start up a business on the side using reps in their data base.
 


















Or you can give them an idea of your age: OLDER reps are always excluded from hiring. They always ask, "How many total years of pharmaceuticals sales do you have?"

DM here. The 3 recruiters I have dealt with at PSS have never put any candidates forward to me that are over 30.
 


















The recruiters at this hole can all be categorized into one or more of the following groups. Punks, drunks or flunks. Virtually all are part time mommies that were never more than a part time CSO rep.
