You can’t stand the fact that we are riding your coattails with Austedo! Too funny! I will admit that the Austedo training was beyond horrible, and yes they are gaps in out knowledge, but that’s where you guys come in. We are paid to do coffee drops and useless speaker programs while you sell the drug for all of us. Sounds like a great relationship to me! Now STFU and get to work!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m out the door first chance I get. I’ve been looking since we found out about the CRL, crazy if you’re not. It just amazes me that there has not been an update of any substance. Almost like it’s on purpose to create the uncertainty and push people to leave…..

Your post does not make sense. How are you riding Austedo Reps "Coattails" if you are not doing anything other than coffee drops and lack knowledge... I am pretty sure Austed reps care about you messing things up with shared targets, but could care less about everything you seem to be worked up about.

Ya, you guys are in a spot where you can look for a job you want while still collecting a check. The situation could be worse. But yes, you guys are dropping off one at a time. It seems like every week we are seeing a handful of Uzedy people leaving. I dont think anyone can blame you given your situation.

No, I think because you are upset about the situation you feel everyone else should be. I think everyone wished this did not happen, but not everyone is freaking out like you. I get people in NH leaving. It's a tough spot. But stop hating because everyone is hoping for the best.
 












I can’t decide if I should wait for the severance after layoff or just jump and GTFO of this mess. It would nice to have something lined up and bank that check, but this NH vs NP situation sucks balls

I have survived several teva layoffs. Teva will not give a big severance. They are pretty cheap. Last layoff severance was based on you unemployment filing which your unemployment checks were deducted from you severance package. Which for most was 3 months pay. Because it is the law. Teva had to pay the minimum. You are better off taking a good job before the blank hits the fan if you have the opportunity.

Were you out to lunch when Teva officially announced that it would be late Q-4 before they had all the study site data re-calibrated and ready for another submission. Even if that goes smoothly and Teva decides a launch of Uzedy is even profitable, it will still be early 2023 before they're ready to go. Quit being such a self entitled little bitch and be happy with what you have.

Did you not read the posts? We are looking at layoffs in Aug/Sept. That's the decision date for uzedy.

I did miss that, when and where was that announced? We that a press release or internal? If that is true then a layoff is 100% guaranteed in the near future. There is no way this goofy NH overlap situation will continue if they don’t expect Uzedy until late 2023
Yes, I am thankful to still be employed, but positivity is scarce when you know the axe is coming

Do you remember the story of the ant and the rubber tree plant? He knew it was going to be hard to move that giant rubber tree plant, but “ He had high hopes! He had high hopes!” Guys do you remember what happened? You don’t, we’ll by golly I will tell you! He did move that giant rubber tree plant all by himself! His positive attitude was what did the trick for him!

Does anyone on the NP or NS side feel like some of these Uzedy reps are trying to get those that sell Austedo fired? I think they believe if they get you fired they can take your spot.
