My favorite metric is calls on our top 20 every week. So I'll be in, so will my NP, maybe PSS, maybe LTC, maybe NS - is it 1995 pharma? Docs get tired of companies beating then up with multiple reps and constant calls. Kinda takes away from the Specialty sales aspect. Psych is not PCP diabetes sales, figure it out leadership. We know who to call on when and how often, thanks for the direction

Quit your bitching you little entitled snowflake. We in management know you lie about half or more of your calls. You are not capable of deciding who and who not to call on! We have paid huge sums of money to give you the best call list out there! As Tucker Carlson just saw, nobody is indispensable and nobody can buck the system, so do as you are told. You are so overpaid for what you do that it’s ridiculous! Now get to work for a change!

Are you high? If you really believe that, try actually talking to the people in the field tracking down a list with 40% ghost, dead, or garbage targets.

“We in management?!” Ironically you’re calling reps overpaid. Even if you were a manager, which you’re not, you sound dumb. Literally everyone above a rep in sales makes more money and generates not a single dime for Teva. Keep rolling out the busy work and barking commands. Rock meet bottom.
 








This launch is going to be classic Teva fucking up not one but 2 at once! Why would we hire 90 people who have not been in the field, some with 0 Psych exp., right before launch? Classic example of out of touch leadership. In the meantime, you're pushing out all your experienced reps with all this last minute bullshit busy work that we will never use again. The best part will be in November when they realize they only need about 1/3 of NP and NH combined and send out the 'stay home and wait for a phone call' email. I miss Kare, he had us lean and ready to roll. This shit show was destined to flop when they expanded NH
