Uzedy

On that note, if either of you are correct or both are partially correct isn't the answer to get out now? I mean I am on the Uzedy side and I am in final rounds on two interviews. Just throwing it out there....why wouldn't you leave if you are NH? Did the "why are you leaving Teva so soon?" question come up? Yes but was easily answered with the CRL of Uzedy.

Not saying I disagree with you, but using your own logic why not just dump the Uzedy reps? Keep NS doing what they are doing because Ajovy is still profitable its just not that profitable. Keep NS selling Austedo to Neurology and leave NP alone. I would think the smart decision is to release the NH division.

That's because you're not in the NH division. 200 reps max to sell both products is all that's needed. Neuro is closed to reps for the most part anyways. Don't act like you couldn't handle psych and neurologists at the same time.

No one in this industry is going to ask why you left TEVA. Everyone knows the company is a complete shambles managed by morons and sociopaths.

So instead of selling Uzedy in the hospital, I am now selling Austedo in the LTC. Top that off with now I will most likely be getting a new manager due to a LTC expansion. For those reasons, “I am out!”

Good for you and get out ahead of all the rest who are or will be leaving. The attrition has already started and the early bird gets the worm.

The LTC "salesforce". LMAO. Unless you've been in the LTC environment before you're going to get swallowed alive. LTC sales isn't pharma sales and its not even close. Anybody who tries to dispute that doesn't know the LTC space. Luckily for us we have Austedo reps climbing all over each other for a lunch so we'll cover you while you get up to speed...god help us all, this will end badly and quickly.

Who made you God's gift to Pharma Sales and deciding what is required to be great in LTC?
Getting pull through with a great product like Austedo in LTC facilities is very doable, especially if there is buy- in at the in-house pharmacy who don't have to worry about stocking or ordering product. Most of these LTC facilities are doing that anyways with all the specialty meds their patients take. Most of the SPs that love filling Austedo will be chomping at the bit for increased demand, especially when they can facilitate the packaging and shipping directly to these facilities. Ask any Genoa pharmacist and they'll tell you!

I have. And, they dont

The uzedy reps are the only ones doing anything. The poor little np reps are scared because they know that uzedy will show them up. Why don't the np reps try to sell? Did you ever learn how to sell?
Uzedy is here to stay. NP would be gone way before the uzedy people and that came from the top!

My uzedy reps do not know what they are doing. They don't know drugs and which pathways they use, if td movement are rhythmic or not. Is scared of ltc's and even worse are over sampling. Save your nonsense for the ignorant. You know, the uzedy reps who lack experience and think they know everything. Idiots like you. Lol!

I just got out of an office where the 4 HCP's in the office have about 8 patients combined on a VMAT2, there were 12 boxes of Austedo sample packs. Ummm, hey brainless, might want to ease up on the sampling. Those boxes will expire before they even use 3 or 4 of those titration packs. If you don't see this massive layoff coming you are in serious denial.

No matter how you look at it. Teva is getting creative with discovering ways to drive away sales reps. Every year they would just lay people off. Maybe teva figured if they over hire and force people to quit they will not have to pay unemployment. Someone at teva probably did the math and said that they could save money if they do it this way.

Uh, I am no longer a Uzedy rep. I am an Austedo rep. Also, I don’t have to know what I am doing, you are doing it for me! I ride around all day over my incredibly large territory putting in fake calls half the time because of piss poor access. You might as well learn to love me bucko because I ain’t going anywhere. Now send me a list of your lunches and speaker programs, and who is likely to attend. I have to set up exactly the same speaker program and I need your bodies to attend!

Since I will be trained on Uzedy and Austedo. who do you think will be more valuable during a layoff? Yeah, that’s right, ME!

Ya, that's what NS said last year when they got gutted. As for your other comment, it does not make sense. What if uzedy is not approved? You think they will keep an inexperienced rep who only called on a fraction of austedo targets that does not know anything? You think NP reps are giving you everything? You think this is the first time reps have been in this situation? This is what makes us valuable. You guys are calling on targets we already dropped from our call plan over the last 4yrs.

You are just pointing out how little you know about this industry and the current situation.

It is obvious that the NP reps are jelly. They have acted like little babies from the beginning. Insecure reps that don't work. Guess what? We don't need you. NH is full of very qualified people and we aren't going anywhere. All of the NH efforts, will uncover your shortcomings.

Speaking from the NS side of things and looking at what's going on with my NP and NH colleagues, you might just be on to something here. Look, we have our own issues with the Ajovy side of the business, but I for one can already see above head and shoulders talent from the new folks brought in to launch Uzedy, who are now just trying to help out with Austedo. I have reps on my team that will agree as well. Yes, I am a NS manager and it is very noticeable. The NP folks ought to be thankful for the help instead of feeling threatened.

You said, “but I for one can already see above head and shoulders talent from the new folks brought in to launch Uzedy,” a horribly constructed awkward sentence that makes little sense. You are forgiven since you are a manager.

I have watched the uzedy reps. Calling on old austedo targets that did not write, lack knowledge on the products and disease state, struggling with routing and are furious with NP reps because they are not sharing. Why do NP reps have to share? They worked hard and did the leg work and uzedy reps feel they are entitled to that info? I'm not worried about uzedy reps. They are too green and too far behind the curve. Teva execs may not be happy with NP ans NS, but they also know they can't loose anymore of that experience to Neurocrine and it's competitors. Teva's sales force was seriously damaged earlier this year. They lost a ton of talented and experienced reps. They will cut uzedy if the drug is not approved or decide not to move forward with re-submitting for approval. Teva can't afford to make the same mistake with NS and NP again. Especially when they are so underpaid compared to the uzedy folks

Can we get an update on the data resubmit? It’s been over 2 months and no news?
This feeds directly into the layoff rumors and motivates more of us from all sales divisions to bail.

What the fuck are you waiting for? I left a couple of weeks ago, lined up interviews while I was in Dallas. The writing is on the wall. Once they resubmit you are looking at about another year for a decision. Not approval. A decision. I was only at Teva for 4 months but I have never been surrounded by so much dead weight. Any Uzedy reps not actively looking are just not employable by anybody outside Teva. And the trashing of Kelly on the other thread says it all when it comes to the lack of talent that can't compete against somebody established.
