Olympus has ADHD. DIFFERENT FOCUS, DIFFERENT STRUCTURE, AND DIFFERENT COMP PLAN every year. Focus Olympus. Too many bad decision are made by management and marketing that are too far remove from the day to day sales activity and knowledge.
Urology is not GI. We don't have the manpower nor the time to do it all.
