LMAO at all of the resignations. Is there anyone left at Olympus with any tenure whatsoever?
This place is a shit hole! Its time to rollout! No money, no fun, no sense in staying.
Its embarrassing to be an Olympus rep. Everyone and I mean everyone asks me, "what the fuck is going on over at Olympus?" Doctors, nurses, administrators, colleagues from other companies, recruiters..... They all read this stuff and are thoroughly disgusted by it as well.
This company is no longer making $. Revenue was dead flat from last year, and that was only because of a GI boost. Several divisions are in the shitter and Urology and SE are tanking. This place is dead.
Several of my accounts are under attack from smaller companies selling competing products for a lot less than OCA.
 












All of you might be asking yourself why Olympus stock price has been going up?
Some of you might even think its because of increased earnings. This couldn't be farther from the truth my friends.

Olympus has been involved in stock buyback, to lower the volume of outstanding Olympus shares that are available, hence raising the share price.

Take this article from Investor Weekly at face value....

Is a stock buyback good or bad?
ITS Bad it's just a ploy to boost earnings and, even worse, a signal that the company has run out of good ideas on how to make real revenue from its products and services. This means that investors can't afford to take buybacks at face value. Aug 1, 2017

Btw, do you think HR’s job is to actually care about the employees? It only matters when it matters to the CEO (actually the Board, or really the Shareholders). Can we get a list of the major shareholders (investment companies) here to notify them? Just the investment company and main contact with contact info. Some after hrs (around midnight after your reports are done) hunting work.

You are damn right! OCA Management is about as incompetent as it gets my friend.
Every last one of them has been promoted to their highest level of INCOMPETENCY!!!
Take any one of them on a big sales call, and they will ruin your deal.

Fire all top management at OCA! Every last one of them. Clean house, right down to the RVP level. Get them out! Start over!
Lets start a petition with every sales reps name on it. If they fire us then we all retire off the lawsuit winnings.
 






WOW!! Gotta say this is eye opening . I want to get into device sales and thought that Olympus was s destination gig .All I can say is SMH . I know all companies need to deliver to the bottom line , but also need to make investment in the sales force ! It is obvious this company is in a bad way . It seems that energy has the most openings and has the lowest retention. Just doing my due diligence and getting as much info as I can

What can we do to expedite firings of top management? There has to be something that can be done!!!
 












Stock was a $42 last week.
Now it’s down to $38.67. What a joke.
Unstable management = unstable share price. This company is drowning.
No one wants to work for them, and everyone is looking for the nearest exit!
 






Olympus and OCA Management -
you have failed your hardest working sales team. We don't trust a word coming from your mouth. Time for someone, besides TMs,be held accountable for this shit show.
