Olympus is now running new hire training programs every week around the country. It has become a new top level management initiative, to get the number of total open rep positions down quickly. They were at 60 plus openings. Every week they keep pumping the new reps through training, so that it doesn't appear that anything is wrong. The same old Olympus trying to save face, without fixing anything whatsoever. All that means is that they are completely turning over the whole 1000 person salesforce and that we have a bunch of green horns without relationships, now covering hospitals where they don't provide any value. Ridiculous.

I think 60 Minutes should do a Sleazeball Expose on Olympus Japan and OCA. It would be a total shit show.
I think a bunch of people would go straight to jail after it aired.

I'd like to get the straight and narrow from all of the RVP's, on what they really feel about the company and current state of fucked up affairs. Most RVP's are just plain CTA's at the point.
Thats all management is at OCA, Covering you ass and hiding long enough to get a pension. That is changing boys and girls. Many managers are going to get fired soon.

MIA: Nils, Peter, Randy and Todd. No communication, horrible leadership. How can you be effective if you are too arrogant to communicate with the sales team? You are out of touch with sales and Customer needs. Until you get customer focused, you will continue to see declining sales. But let me put in 15 more activities because that Is more important. Get back to the basics: having products, selling products and paying reps to sell products!
 












Anyone notice the 12 posts that were deleted after November 2nd? Nothing after that until this morning... They are definitely reading what we are putting out there, but doing something constructive about it is asking too much of these OCA Management Charlatans..

Nils knows he is a useless turd of a human/so called leader, which is why he doesn't communicate with his sales organization. Quite frankly he is insecure and embarrassed, so he says nothing. The guy is a zero. OCA is a zero corporation. It all adds up.
 






People, place the blame where it is due! Hiroyuki Sasa & Todd Usen are 100% responsible for the conditions over here. The finance drones who carryout the marching orders are just slaves to the top two guys responsible for creating this catastrophe of company.

This company will NEVER change. Resign and leave the post unfilled. Let your customers know about how Olympus behaves towards their employees and customers. Honesty will lead Olympus to what it deserves: Dwindling marketshare and layoffs.
 






Three more resignations since Friday in Energy and Surgical Endoscopy.
Theres a surprise. Im sure this will be followed up with a response from Sales Ops Dick that these were all firings.

OLD GYRUS REP HERE > WOW YOU GUYS GOT IT BAD> AT LEAST BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE A JOB > But after reading all theses posts sounds like what was Gyrus is long gone . Olympus was always perceived as being a good job . Maybe perception is the not the reality ! I also heard that Ryan Freedman was promoted then fired . How could he get promoted let alone keep his job. He was the gopher for Sanders and Rex years ago. The guy was a drunk and liar then . Well, maybe he did fit with new culture. But why did he get fired ?
 






























WOW Freedman really knows how to increase his BRAND!! He is to ignorant to understand about KARMA ! He lacks integrity and character . Maybe ,if 1 person said something about him that was negative ,but seems everyone and O mean everyone has a the same to say . HEY CUZ YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INSIDE AND work on your BRAND !
