Todd, Nothing has changed since our disastrous national sales meeting. Plenty of sales rep talked to you, but nothing.
Urology Management and Randy are out of touch with our customers, and sales. Time to get back to the basics- selling and customer service. Defending and managing our existing business is very time consuming, but never discussed. Comp plan is a joke and our competition is expanding. Good luck retaining reps
 






Todd Useless or any other high level managers at OCA are not actually here to provide solutions that will benefit OCA or its employees.
They are simply here to take advantage of the financial benefits of a top tier position within OCA. They are all useless garbage and should be discarded as such. In a dumpster.
The end is near for Olympus.
 












Agree. New spiffs will mainly benefit upper management and will be based on profit margins- watch and see. This will not motivate sales- too many stipulations to make a little more money. Only a true up will work but management will never let it happen. Olympus motto "only upper management can make money"
 






You are giving way to much credit to RVP and above. AVP only makes $20 k more than RVP .Package is not that good! Sales should always earn more than low level managemnet (RVP, AVP) . if you are in a sales driven company. This is market driven company and managing the profit is an art. You need to manage toppling expenses if air revenue is not growing . So in short cut the commission , and any other variable expense ! OCA is a distributor and we have to but our product . OLY gets paid both ways! If you are in sales leave if you are not happy ! If you are a RVP/AVP you deserve more than what we get paid . Unless you have no self respect and do not have confidence in your self stay . Be miserable and hate life and all for maybe 250 220 Tope end . NOT !!!!!!

How many TMs did not make 100 or 110% of quota due to disposable backorders? Backorders conveniently resolve June 1. We should demand a true up. Will Marketing's pay be cut since they did not plan appropriately? Or is sales only to suffer for others mistakes? Increase the inventory or gives us a true up.
 












Thursday & Friday were really tough days for Olympus.
5 resignations in two days!

Thursday ---- 1 RVP Surgical in Florida & Georgia
Friday ---- 2 SMS URO/GYN in Tennessee & Oklahoma
Friday ---- 1 TM URO/GYN in Dallas
Friday ---- 1 TM Endotherapy in Fresno

Of course OCA will try to say these were firings, but we know better.
The floodgate has opened my friends. This place is a ghost town.
Next years NSM will look like a meeting at Enterprise Rental Car. Everyone will be clueless and 24 years old.
What a disgrace.

Include Energy ! Positions have been open that have not been back filled in months . Have lost several top performers, morale is at lowest point ever. Guys & Gals,

Just because someone is placed in charge of a business unit, doesn't necessarily mean that they give a shit about running that unit correctly. Most if not all of upper management only push for those jobs to grab the money. Very seldomly do these individuals make moves or decisions that move business forward and make things easier on employees. Olympus is a loser organization. Get out of you can.
