Third party here. Olympus is looked at as a sewer in the industry as far as leadership, vision, and products pipeline, as well as employee morale. Management can snipe back, but at the end of the day if employees do start resigning on a massive scale, all of you management shitheads will be releaved of your bloated salaries soon there after.

All division Rvp/Avp salary is the same. Actually they are now enjoying the PIF aspect of profit. As bad as we have it I would not want to do what they do

The more you reduce the comp plan, the less we will work, which results in low sales for Olympus. Hence this years sales results! Low sales results in reorg and layoffs. So go ahead, give us more hoops to jump thru to get paid, because most of us know how to survive, can you?
Tenure Reps are leaving. Let's see how long it takes for newbies to get up to speed (2+ years). Companies do well when they value their sales rep and retain employees. Constant turnover is very costly. There is a direct correlation in happy reps and increased revenue. No one is happy here right now.
