This is a perfect example of how important it is to launch well. You only get one chance and if you fail the opportunity is lost. I mainly blame the incompetent (Noone will hire me again and they shouldn't "bova") his immediate hiring of "cheap and dumb" failed at that point. Failed leadership sunk this ship.

Between cheap and dumb and the dumbass guy that was in market access we certainly did not set ourselves up for success. The foundation they laid was non existent. latte man- you want to accountability for your shitty ass choices that sank us from the beginning.

What do people think of the financing deal with RTW? that is a LOT of Net Sales we have to cough up every quarter just when we are getting started.

Is this why the CFO who signed the deal is no longer here?

Which part confused you? The fact that launch you hired a total turd to run the sales side or the fact that the guy from market access was clueless with no substance. We only had one chance to launch and the two guys you choose were complete losers.
 
















Why is Market Access untouchable? Mainly SP?
You hire a shit HUB that still sucks and you keep everyone in the dark about pass through. Come October Urogen will be gone because of this incompetent so called leader.
 




Market access is a complete mess! The guy is clueless and brought in a bunch of his buddies. This is why you hire individuals that understand reimbursement at their core and have field experience- this guy is a fraud.

Latte man, you were ran off from a company that didn't respect you. How do you answer people when they asked you what you did? We know you don't have friends so anybody that gives you the time and you share your drivel... what do you say? I micromanaged people with my incompetence and the company failed. In fact everywhere I went I was worthless. In turn your life was a total failure. Tell that to your Starbucks batista for the 10th time because nobody cares about you.

People- do not worry about pass through status. KN has a fantastic plan in place and will save us with his strong reimbursement background. That will be followed by another undeserved promotion.
