No-you are mistaken. connected care is done and employed thru 12/31/24. The clarity she sates was for the rest of the CMH sales organization. Go watch the video again.

In all seriousness…. There are definitely going to be major changes. I would prepare yourself now mentally instead of being blindsided. Take this month to get your résumé together just in case. You’ll be happy that you did.

Yes and no. I hope and pray you’re right. I think there are signs we can’t ignore though: Name change from DBU to CMH (reorg), hiring freeze, Obesity spec losing budget for Q4. AVPs of those sleeves leaving with postions not being filled and others posted. I really do hope you’re right for everyone! And it’s just clarity about who’s going to be doing what, but she used the CC&I demise as evolution and I thought/felt there was a premise of more evolution to come.

She told us that we have nothing to worry about and refocused us on driving more business. She said our numbers aren't where they need to be so we need to be doing more lunches and more appointments. Basically cracking the the whip. What a piece of shit she is.

I feel like the best answer is to do what’s best for you and your family. Your mental health and well-being is the most important thing at this point. So whatever you need to do to take care of that, do it. Lilly is going to do whatever they have to do to take care of their business and bottom line.
 




Look, everyone is stressed out about their job and pointing fingers isn’t helping anyone. It is not going to change the outcome either. Decisions have already been made. This is peoples’ livelihood so be sensitive. Let’s have some class. It’s something that we have really lost in our society today.

Blaming PC3 for the failure of Emgality is ridiculous, absurd nonsense & proves you have absolutely no clue what you’re talking about -you’re literally just making shit up. The entire CGRP marketplace place failed -Do you ever see any Aimovig, or Anjovy reps anymore? (That’s a rhetorical question). The real failure was Lilly’s decision to conduct a head to head against Nurtec -which ultimately sealed Emgality’s fate.

As far as PC3 “failing” with Jardiance..I mean, are you serious? We had tremendous success with Jardiance; most districts were over 100% to goal, and Shannon even said we had record growth with Jardiance -in fact, our success with Jardiance is a big reason we were given Zepbound.

And then there is Zepbound. Really too early to tell, but considering the inherent managed care challenges, manufacturing & supply issues, and completely incompetent & abysmal leadership, we are still far exceeding goals & expectations.

Seriously though, are you just being incredibly glib, or are you the braindead zombie troglodyte you appear to be?

Changes are coming but remember sometimes changes can be a good thing. Evolution can be defined in more ways than one and let’s just keep it rolling. We are all professionals and we know our worth.
 
















What is LVA? and are they all let go and reapplying for fewer openings? why make so many disruptive changes when we have such high profits...seems contrary to make cuts and alarm wall street.

Basically, it’s time to quit stay for 30 days…see what happens, but invest some time in yourself including r&r breaks and yeah start job sniffing.
 




Exactly. This is an effective way to completely demotivate your entire sales force and management team. Lilly will lay us off without issue so F it until I know if I’m employed here or not.
