As long as they layoff that worthless DBM TG it will be ok folks!
I hate to say it. If you work at Pfizer in the field, your chances of losing your job are huge. With this type of cost cutting in the billions, Pfizer to be reduced to a much smaller company. The stock is also performing poorly. I also see a new CEO in the midst. A post Covid CEO. Some new blood.
KAM's better buckle up. someone in the know. especially some of their poor leadership at the topOh how the Mighty have fallen! Pfizer use to be the crème de la crème. No more
KAM’s are a protected species…Untouchable. How that role has survived as long as it has, without showing much tangible ROI, is a case study on corporate waste. All fluff…no outcomes.KAM's better buckle up. someone in the know. especially some of their poor leadership at the top
TG brings a prefilled basket to Easter egg huntsLayoff TG please!

worst manager in the west. If I have to hear about his experiences one more time I'm doneJust get rid of TG my toxic manager!
You are very correct. This is not a viable long term career. Don't be concerned about the present. Think about where you are going to be 25+ years from now. How many "old" reps do see out there?Didn't you just brag? Typical Pharma douche.. Brag, Brag, Brag, but yet you still work in Pharma w/ all the other narcissistic sociopaths. Truth is you've been w/ 3-4 companies already and think you're a gift to every company the reality of it all is you probably have 1 small rental property if your lucky and you have debt up to your ears but yet you brag you have it all figured out. Then there's the reps that insist they see MDs in no see territories you know Mr./Miss positive have to pretend to say all the right things so they keep their jobs. Let's face it the Pharma industry is a full of fake phony people that actually believe they are contributing members of society trying to hold on to a turd of a job from companies that will downsize you every 3-5 years but yet you will sign up again right after PFE gives you the walking papers. HINT: It's not a good career choice and upper management knows 95% of Reps are BS artists and lairs, the reason all these companies downsize every 3-5 years since they know the Rep is nothing but a farce. If they actually thot it was vitally important role don't you think they would value the position more?
What a silly bitchYou are very correct. This is not a viable long term career. Don't be concerned about the present. Think about where you are going to be 25+ years from now. How many "old" reps do see out there?
33 years in Pharma, never seen it this bad.. Try to launch a new drug ; formularies will not approve it, physicians hands are tied and our sales goals and the expectations are laughable…You are very correct. I feel your pain! 26 years in pharma, specialty, and 56 years old. I am so burned out. I probably have enough invested to retire but would not be able to afford buying med insurance. Sad.33 years in Pharma, never seen it this bad.. Try to launch a new drug ; formularies will not approve it, physicians hands are tied and our sales goals and the expectations are laughable…
In my early 60’s and I’m burnt out and DONE!
