Trulicity

We need to combine Trulicity with an anti-emetic. PI under reports the nausea. Geez, I took the medicine myself to see if my customers were BSing me, was nauseated for 6 straight days. But did get a script from Dr for myself. I can sell anything, but this one takes the cake.!

How about a combination of Trulicity and Zofran? You could call it Trulicifran.

How about some honesty here, talking to PCP docs about this drug is like____ (fill in the blank). My experience is the dialogue gets to value and access in about 45 seconds... by two minutes the doc is asking my golf handicap and when we can go slam a few at happy hour (on my tab of course). I'll fill in the blank for you - 'wanking with sandpaper'.

A hot knife through warm butter.

Are we going to get Free coupons like the Sglt2's? We need them because the nausea issue is killing me. Not an issue until they try the product. Maybe if we give it away for a while patients can live with the nausea!

Not a chance who wants free nausea that lasts for days. Its going to kill the product, Dr's won't prescribe it after patients keep calling in complaining. Once again great pipeline even if it comes from BI.

To the Lilly HR/marketing troll cheerleader... the reality in the field (at least in the mid-Atlantic region of my friends) is that patients, and in turn HCPs, are SCREAMING about the nausea and vomiting, and we are simply sticking our collective ostrich heads in the sand. Somebody come up with an educational app on how to deal with this, or the ENDO battle will be over before it began (like by May).

I think you work for a competitor. The complaint to be had is coverage, PA's, step edits, NDC locks and the like. I'm going to guess you work for Novo? You stay in your sandbox, we stay in ours, ok?

Not true. Those who use it are overwhelmingly satisfied. Go back to your own board Novo troll.

That happened to 1 out of over 4k patients? You've really uncovered something here! If anyone asks you what the problem with pharma is, you should probably realize they are talking about you.

Well let us hope you aren't in pharma!

According to the PI out of 834 patients at the high dose:

175 of 834 patients experienced nausea.
100 of 834 experienced vomiting, which included retching, vomiting, projectile vomiting.
91 of 800+ experienced what was considered "severe" gastrointestinal side effects.

NO THANKYOU!!!

There are better choices available.
