We are paying substantially more per month for insurance than the industry standard. I’ve compared with reps from numerous pharmaceutical companies.

If you leave supernus you will make more than your RD . Not one current RD at Supernus has more than 18 months in the field as a rep. This is why there is such a disconnect. Middle management is weirdos .
