No Medicare part D? That could be a slight problem considering most patients will be Medicare age. This is good info, but how do I know you are legit with tho info? No offense but Cafepharma is filled with people that make stuff up. Where did you get your info With coverage and NRX requirements? If you are legit this will make me rethink for sure

From the interview process. And shame on you if you didn’t ask about coverage and performance expectations. If you have been around you would understand that commercial coverage alone will not sustain this business. And you can always do your own research. It is out there.

Look it up. 85% of the targeted patient base is over 65 and retired. That would be Medicare Part D country. If you are a rep you deserve this upcoming shit storm.

During the interview process in February, I asked and surveyed my top nephrologist prescribers to gather their thoughts about the product. Despite our strong relationship, they all told me that they would not prescribe, and even counseled me against taking the job unless I’m really, really desperate to leave my current one.
