Such a bunch of losers! Especially MG in TX! He has a slick mouth and says what you want to hear. Blah blah blah. Yes, I did drink your kool-aid and I'm sorry I did. He didn't even show an ounce of compassion when delivering with the downsizing announcement. Unbelievable. What kind of manager just takes 5 mins to say "you are no longer needed." If you have a job, I would rethink your decision based on their decision to let go half the sales force. Stay put or keep looking. It's better to be safe than sorry. Think about it. The FDA doesn't conduct an advisory committee meeting which means this puppy is going to be delayed. And Covid19 will add to the unknown. Listen to the Q1 financial results webcast and read between the lines. They'll string you along until shit hits the fan and voila you're toast. It's just business so make your decision wisely since you have time.
 


















Got call too, very disappointed but not completely surprising. All companies are suffering and Tricida not the first or last to adjust. As much as the news is a really hard personal hit for me, the snowflake had one thing right, this is a business decision.
 






Snowflake? You suck. The people giving the bad news should at least recognize how it feels to take back a job you’ve been offered. Everyone gets it’s a business decision. Lack of empathy is a sign how this company thinks.
 












He how about MF er he’s building his elite sales force. LOL Guy is a total douche and so unproven at sales and has zero ability to lead. Just them hiring him as DM (and yes DM cause that’s the equivalent to what the call RSD at real companies) should tell you how misled these morons are.

It’s tough but for the best ... stay put if you have a job and if it gets approved maybe they will call you back in the Fall . There are no sure Bets in pharma or anyplace for that matter

OMG. Just heard MF'r in KC landed here! Unbelievable! How did he slither his way through the interviews?! The guy is a piece of work. No leadership skills whatsoever. Watch your back people! He will say whatever needs to be said to upper management, but only looks out for himself!
 






I second that! MF’r lies about everything. Shows you how shitty this company is to hire a snake like that. Look into what he touts as his accomplishments—it’s all lies. He’s a fraud and frankly a bad person that plays the fake card!!
 






























This company hired a bunch of old school big pharma wannabe start-up mindsets. From the CEO, COO, VP, RBD, etc, all haven't truly been at a start-up. They don't understand what entrepreneurship is all about. So, get ready for metric driven activities and micro-management folks! I'll take the offer for now and keep interviewing.
 












Haha! You don’t need to do much research. They have hired the most absurd group of people who have nothing to back them up but their own mouths and egos. But they like MF’r are building an elite team lol. Check into his accomplishments! Guy is a total ass kisser who brings zero to the table but actually thinks he’s capable of leading a team as a DM oh wait RSD there. He couldn’t sell his way out of a paper bag!
 






Agree MF’r is as fake as they get with his glasses on tip of his nose. When at Opko he apparently had other territories (that were open) sales rolled to his to bulk his Rx’s falsely! Guy has never actually accomplished a thing but in his own mind thinks he’s the greatest. True loser!
 






Dead before launch. CEO never launched a product. CCO no sales experience. This is the leadership that cut their sales force BEFORE launch. Talk about arrogance! Guess they’ve got the one in a billion product that sells itself. Anyone not there, dodged a bullet!
