Tricida

Clown with initials MF
He is a clown! Lies about his credentials and past work history. Totally unqualified and came from a shit show at OPKO lol. Check out his arrogance and ask about his background then look into it—-PHONY! He’s an a** kisser!

Ask your hiring boss how many candidates have turned down their offer or who were hired then ended up declining, got cold feet I think you will be surprised. Not the place to be. Do your research.

MF, total douche bag of a manager and his initials mean a lot more than a proper name, MF, Mother Fu**er. He managed me at Opko and contrary to what you think no one liked you because you couldn’t manage yourself out of a paper bag. Many similarities between Tricia and Opko biggest one being lack of leadership second one products that bring nothing new to the patient other than contributing to their bankruptcy.

Any Q3 PDUFA dates are being pushed back, thus why start dates are postponed. With our acceptance only happening in November, there are multiple inspections that need to take place and all are being postponed due to COVID-19.

False. There hasn’t been an announcement from the FDA that they are delaying PDUFA dates. Why don’t you move on to guessing lottery numbers and quit spreading misinformation.

Yes. Remember that we will have an unlimited amount of licorice sticks, gum drops and cotton candy. This place is going to be amazing. Can’t you see that HR and sales leadership monitor this site and will spin anything that is negative.

I am with a different organization, not in sales, also with a Q3 PDUFA date and in our most recent meeting with the FDA we were told that all Q3 PDUFAs will be delayed due to lack of personnel and time for inspections. Of course inspections depend on when you filed and with a November filing, I would guess your initial inspections were to take place in March or April.

This thing has shit storm written all over it. Potential FDA delays, health care systems that have been pushed to the brink, physicians will be treating Covid-19 for quite some time, exhausted physicians unwilling to spend time to listen to a ho hum pitch. And a CEO demanding instant results. I just don’t see it.

Has anyone actually accepted an offer here yet? Just curious. I was told I came in second. Liked the people I met, curious as to what offers entailed. Realize it’s highly unlikely that I’ll get a straight answer too so...just stuck home bored so thought I’d throw it out there! Hope it goes well for those who took the job—no hater here.

You dodged a bullet. We received offers already $135-155 with starting date in June but there has recently been some unrealistic expectations coming from senior leadership which has raised a red flag regarding their knowledge of the renal market, here comes reach and frequency matrix. Sorry, exCelgene leadership, renal is nothing like oncology and with 2nd rate clinical data nephrology will eat you alive and not see you again. I’m not leaving my current employer for this crap of renal wannabes.

$135 no way, I was offered $120, did those with nephrology experience get $135 and up? They low balled me, why should I take the risk for so much less and I have 2 years of renal experience. I don’t have a good feeling about this anymore.

I am sure this is a BS post but anyone taking this gig for under 150 is out of their mind...either renegotiate or get out of it...

I was very happy with $155,000 and sign on bonus- big jump in pay for me but I’m getting cold feet. My wife and I were talking and feel like in these times it may not be worth risk and stay at establish company while the world and economy settles. If I didn’t have a job I would be all over it.

With a Q3 PDUFA and a product that does not address an unmet need, this will be delayed. All inspections that were scheduled for 2020 were postponed. The start date was pushed back once and it will be again.
