HS has a mandatory call at 11am. When is y’all’s?

Not true. Only sales and marketing people on call. They are making the announcement as to who will call on nephrology and adding some more territories

I am on a HS team of 8 and so far 4 have been let go and will need to reapply! Not a good day! Duane’s delivery on these cuts was VERY cold and insensitive. At the end he said “I hope everyone enjoyed this presentation”. WTF!!

Yup. Dwayne was terrible. 1/3 of our HS team cut. I know of several CV reps that have to interview also

They need to cut the deadweight out of the CV division and replace them with displaced HSBS

The SAEs are far more educated in specialty sales and hospital logistics than the CV reps. CV reps just click calls on cardiologists that they can’t even talk to.

Probably because SAEs make more money than BI wants to pay.

It's not about money, BI is hiring more KAMs and they report directly to the directors. Most results come from SAEs, but SAEs get a small credit because they do not get as much exposure to senior leaders. BI could save money to combine the KAM/SAEs into one job description. SAEs should be capable of managing their accounts. They all work hard, but the squeaky wheel always gets the oil. Congratulations to all who get to keep their jobs!
