You should have done a little research before you made the leap onto this fabulous cruise ship that is loaded with lots of wasted payroll and downright awful last in class shouldn't be on the market not necessary type of products. You better start applying for every job you Can and hope you can find a life jacket real quick before this ship called DSI plunges into the artic winter of lay offs and the lack of funds to keep the lights on. That's why the DM didn't want referrals bc only people without contacts in the company would join a place sinking so quick. DM knew to hire non referral candidates who were naive to what's about to go down. Sorry to hear you left a good job.

might be poetic justice the DM gets laid off that was giving out the false FCR ratings and the loser rep promoted gets canned too from the sounds of things with lay offs and then the top rep that got overlooked gets kept on board bc he's paid like shit and DSI is trying to keep the lowly paid reps in the lay off

You're dead right. DM can't get in any of the top CV, IM, and PC accounts anymore so good thing DSI is "specializing" into oncology and ortho now where she's a new DM lol

Oh my! This would be the best thing that happened. That poor "top rep" got screwed out of the promotion but at least he won't get laid off now for the big $75 severance package they will offer!

JB even told everyone not to promote this loser bc he saw him in action but no one wanted to listen so now the poor CV team is stuck with this type of lazy rep
