Tips About DSI Job Openings (Especially San Diego)

SD team will be loaded with a bunch of new kids who specialize in retail sales so good luck. Everyone left real quick
I know that HR monitors this site, why are they ignoring what is happening with this manager? She fakes field rides, spends all her time sending emails, and coasts on the coattails of peope who have WAY more experience. Please we need a real manager!

Well Brenda had caught onto this and so did Chris too. The complaints kept heaping up on expense reports rejected 5-6 times for not crossing T's or dotting I's. This caused a whole backlash with late charges on AMEX and then BofA. Also when about 6 people quit at once everyone turned her into HR for inappropriate close outs and requesting copy paper and paper clips back. It got ugly. Brenda was so tired of it so I want to know if she quit yet poor thing. HR was on everyone's speed dial. The laundry list of field ride prep is something that HR should have taken a look at. Oil changes and car washes were priority over sales

I noticed all the openings in San Diego and I guess this thread explains it. Looks like the entire Primary Care team got cleaned out from the looks of all the job postings. If there's anyone left I'm sure they are already interviewing to get out after that one really poorly ranked rep got promoted. It makes sense. I did apply for the San Diego opening but I'm not going to accept an interview if I get one because it doesn't sound like a very promising company to join. From the sounds of things it's a worst case scenario, desperation, "fill an unemployment gap" type of job. No thanks!!!

What's the latest in San Diego. It seems like everyone left that was worth a shit. Did HR ever wake up and look into all the things going on in that region? That group could have had the entire company shut down with the managers antics and compliance issues

Why does there continue to be job postings for Phoenix territories? These have been continually posted for months now. Let me guess - shitty manager and/or company culture, and maybe that experienced reps know this and know not to apply?

Brenda went off on a few managers and then she quit because she got sick and tired of that place. She got tired of the West coast reps with all of their issues. No one works out west and all the samples expire but no one gives a shit.
Give me a break!!!!!!! She was an expense report cop. Nothing More. Good riddance

hey dumbass I guess you weren't there when everyone's AMEX got shut down in one region for massive expense report issues, so they assigned her to manage all of the expenses plus sample inventories for this specific region. Get your facts straight idiot! This was the end of Brenda.
