Thinking about applying to Jazz Pharma

Narcolepsy for sure is the black sheep division of the company. Onc and Greenwich definitely significantly better places to be.

Yes narcolepsy is not a good place unless you just need a job. Oncology not perfect but decent place to be mainly cause it’s Oncology. Easy to parlay your oncology exp here to land a really good gig. Greenwich is still new to Jazz so not familiar with them.

Kim has no soul. She is a robot programmed to follow a big pharma playbook. And surround herself with like minded robots. The company i joined years ago is gone - and Bruce/Dan couldn't care less...

Certainly many big pharma drones joined this company including Greenwich too. It’s quite comical. They’re very easy to spot in a crowd.

This place is a joke. Terrible leadership, terrible decision making and completely disconnected from what is really going on out here. Nobody enjoys working here, and many are leaving in the spring.

Yep my manager at Greenwich was a recycled big pharma drone who turned over half our team. Glad I left. He was a box checker just awful.

These recycled big pharma loser managers are like a cancer. They jump around different companies acting like they are not who they are but they quickly get exposed.
They lack innovation, communication and their dictatorship old school approach builds mistrust amongst the ranks. Final outcome is it generates high rep turnover.

So True!
