I have been thinking of applying to Clinical Development in Jazz Pharma, but want to get honest (possibly constructive) feedback about the company. I am not getting vaxed and would like to know if the organization is toxic (as noted in some of this thread, and why?

I applied for Orlando. Is that under Tx mgr? What about call metrics and other big pharma BS? Has that crap arrived to neuro division with the Jazz take over?

I work in the sleep business unit so I can’t answer for Neuro. But I’ve been here for almost a decade and never had to worry about call metrics… until last year ago. Now our managers and their managers run a report every Monday to see who is and isn’t logging calls.

The downward spiral that Jazz is spinning in now began about two years ago and is the result of the new leadership in US Commercial and the lack of oversight by Bruce and EC. They have allowed these big pharma fakes to take hold and change the culture. Shame on both parties...
