omg this is the best idea I've ever heard. there have been so many times that it actually would have been faster to drive the order to pittsburg than to wait for them to find it in the black hole that is their fax queue. names typed in wrong, first name/last name inverted, assigned to wrong tm, just overlooked altogether, intake running on 1 person for whole company. Sorry doctor that you can't discharge your patient - Sorry patient's family that you can't drive your sick dad home until late at night - Sorry nurse manager that your patients are stacking up in the cath holding hallways because lifevest patients are just sitting in rooms waiting for us - sorry hospital admin that we are screwing up your patient flow - lifevest believes you should have predicted your pts ef would tank sooner, so you'll just have to adjust everything you do around us.

I was never told the average tenure here was so short. The picture painted by the RM & AD was wonderdul. Why do so many folks leave after 1 year? Scary stuff for top talent.

Luckily, we have hire a new breed of firebrand reps that have given us an instantaneous boost. The turnover is down to 11% and our revenue is blowing up. Quota acheivement is at an all-time low and this moron is talking about a new breed with all this growth? We are NOT paid on growth moron. We are paid if we reach an unobtainable quota. That is why people are not making money!

You mean 11% of the MOs are approved by the insurance companies correct? You mean 11% of managers can identify a PVC on a rhythm strip correct? You mean 11% of tech support previously worked at Walmart correct? You mean 11% of Account managers can locate their desk at work correct? You mean 11% of people in our training classes are over age 13 correct? You mean 11% of our customers wear the vest without losing their hearing from false alarms correct?
