This company is absolutely NOT on the rise. The number of openings at Zoll are insanely high and continue to go up daily. Don't take my word for it. Ask your physicians about their Zoll reps. I can almost guarantee you they will say that they last around a year. I have met a lot of Zoll reps and they seem to be very nice and competent people. The issue is management. Rick "Fudge" Packer hates reps and he surrounds himself with incompetent people like Crystal. East Coast Director or whatever her worthless title is. This morbidly obese loser is a no talent joke. My 5 year old retarded nephew has more business acumen.
Well, the recruiters are not exactly telling lies. You see the leadership and hiring manager share with the recruiter all the information that they need to share with candidates to fill the open job. Of course Zoll shares with the recruiter that the previous rep or manager was the problem, "they didn't know how to sell, or they weren't really that good, etc I'm looking for a better fit with someone that can sell." Zoll lies to the recruiters and then the recruiters share the same lie to you. You believe that the previous person/s were not as good as you are and the whole thing continues. Zoll yes, recruiters buy the lie, you believe the lie because you're all that and they hire you. Now you find out everyone lied and you're looking for your exit strategy like the last sucker. Now the manager will tell the recruiter you weren't that good or couldn't sell and it all starts over with some other sucker who believes the ton of bull that's being slung here every day.
I have actually seen managers explain away TMs leaving by saying they couldn't sell. All the while they were one of the few making their goal. This place is so dysfunctional.
Great company, great philosophy, great corporate work ethic! Great place to launch a career!!
Why would a reputable company like Zoll want to deal with half wit has beens? Zoll needs to make a conscious choice to bring in people who can be molded and not try to change older reps who have long standing poor habits. Zoll is a company who is on the rise and they need to act accordingly.
In other words you need people who don't know any better, who will last a year before they figure out your using them and then leave. Lol some mold. Nice plan. Pass. Drop the mic and all the other shi- you spew. Nice job you got there. Where I'm from we call it day care.
Zoll is a different animal. The company had all the right products but lacks the sales talent needed to truly succeed. My guess is they will be fixing this problem sooner rather than later. That means losers get PIPPED THEN POPPED.
zoll a company stuck in the 80's with yesterdays technology. Defib..."yawn", faxing....really?
Why don't they start by fixing the fax machine? Can you PIP yourself?
Yup!! Sometimes we drive to Pitt and drop off our orders. Who cares if it's 300 miles? Ps they still lose the orders....
Talk about losing. How about that top notch training program I went through. I lost 4 days of my life. Left with absolutely no information I used in the field! Even their presentation on how to fill out a MO turned out to be worthless. I finally figured out why they didn't let tech support mingle with sales. Didn't want to be accessories to murder. How about that group dinner? Should have realized right away what a jv organization this is. Been in the field over a year now. First 4 months lost my voice so many times telling tech support, manager and AC how inept they are. Now couldn't care less. Out by pool with Guinness in hand mon-Thursday (weather permitting) if not at the mall. Friday's are day off. Can't take that much sun anymore.
