I was hired out of college just like the ANSRs so I feel for them but I never kissed butt. Also, I gave a tremendous amount of respect to everyone in my company.
I think there is a fine line between being respectful and kissing Ass. These young ANSRs are definitely respectful but few are show off and kissing up to the managers.

Vanda continues to lose top performers. I agree, the leadership, if we must call'em that, don't care. They have found a way out, they are employing cheap labor in the form of fresh college grads and they are teaching and molding them the way they like. As long as they continue to get work done by the cheap labor - they'll care less who leaves them.

They laid off top performers last year because they dared to ask a question or two that management disliked so that shows you how little they care about their top performers!

Exactly.... No nice trip, no cash payout. Never seen a company operate like this. How’s the CTI coming? Looking for a needle in a haystack instead of getting more Indications that will NEVER come.

Vanda management dictating improper targets rather than letting the front line representatives do the right thing. That is not new, it is the GP way. He has been exposed (with Tom) again for another losing initiative.Desperate is what they are. CTI is literally a cry for help to grow the business but they do it so f...ing arrogantly. Rather than requesting reps to help find additional providers to grow the business, they demand that we run around and chase these CTI targets, half of whom are not even existent.
