The Quality of Field Managers at Vanda

Oh look what we have here. A home office apologist who is trying to dismiss the experiences of the field. Listen to what you just said. The "HR lady." The one person in HQ that wont get fucked with because she IS human resources. Nice try. Ask any other pregnant female their experience and get back to us.

But here is a little something to show you home office trolls I'm legit and know EXACTLY WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. Someone touched on this a few threads ago. What are you going to do about Christos and his little girlfriend problem? I'm sure you'll have this deleted, but thats ok EVERYONE KNOWS. You try and micro-manage the field and you can't even manage home office. LOLOLOLOLOL. So he was dating one of the young CMs and now there"s trouble in paradise? She has been AWOL for three weeks, popping into the office every once in a while with no ramifications while everyone is just getting her workload added to theirs, do I have that right? Oh what an unprofessional group you all are. The only thing that made me smile this week is knowing you guys are getting hurt by the stock drop more than I am with my paltry options. im holding out, going all in big when it hits $3.

Huh? I'm in the field and made the post about the HR lady because I didn't want to name her or post her initials but I have seen firsthand what this company does to ladies who take maternity leave or are pregnant (and it is DISGUSTING AND DESPICABLE)!

They have done people real dirty here and you know the little Hitler named Poly would easily get rid of that same HR lady is even though she is darn good because he does not value ANY employee at Vanda!
 






She left for another job and Dr MP had no option but to beg her to come back. Kim is incredible and deserves better than Vanda.

Yes, she left for a little while from 2017-2018 to work with someone who used to work at Vanda.

She is a great employee but must unfortunately follow the commands of Poly just like everyone else (even when she knows deep down that it is wrong).

She deserves better than working for Satan. What are the Poly kids doing at HQ? Do they even have to ever come to work or does daddy just bring the check home with the stock ( which is almost worthless)
 






I’m just aggressively recording everything. Management conversations, emails, trainings, everything. CYA. Your going to need too as well. Hard to prove any of this if you needed too without documentation.

Stay ethical in your actions. Be honest and give the company the time they pay you for. And Be your best...but do it ethically don’t sell out to this “off label” mindset. You can’t “buy” your credibility back. Good luck to everyone.
 






I am assuming that every owner will display control and dominance but when company starts to grow or expand the owner needs honest advisors and not butt-kissers.Dr. P ended up getting a team of ass kissers who allowed him to behave and become the emperor. And the butt-kissers brought on board the rejects-of-other-companies to manage teams and the end result is the present Vanda the most unprofessional and severely mis-managed!!

poly had honest advisors but he drove them all away. He completely failed to listen and learn. He just threw his normal adolescent tantrum that all of HQ has heard many times. He is so arrogant that he only wants puppets not thinkers.

This. In most organizations the leader will surround themselves with trusted voices, not yes men. So many people either pushed out or had to leave. The remaining know that speaking against Mihales is the sure way to the door. Ask Jimmy. Only yes men remain. Meanwhile, back in Gotham the stock price continues to drop.

Actually I was referring to Jimmy P, the cat who ran case management. When the Vanda Benefits clusterfuck was rolled out he was the lone voice in home office who said this isn’t working. He was removed from his role immediately and forced out within a week. The only survivors on Polymeropoulis Island are yes men and ass kissers.

Acquisition is not a possibility. Unless Vanda discovers a breakthrough drug, the present crappy drugs portfolio no one wants. My advice is start looking, don't waste life at this unprofessional organization.
 






Who would acquire a worthless outfit like Vanda? Acquire for what Hetlioz?that doesn't do what company claims it to do. We are misrepresenting when we sell it for Non-24 in sighted patients.
 






Ok - Let's give credit where its due. No other big pharma company ever offers summer days. Getting 4 Summer Days are much appreciated and certainly very generous on the part of Vanda and Dr. P.

There was a time when AZ gave their employees every other Friday in the summer and other pharma companies generally offer a better benefits package overall.

Other companies also generally don’t bully you when you take time off or hold it against you for all eternity!
