Why Vanda managers are fast in pointing out what you did wrong, they are fast to beat up on you if you missed your goal even slightly, but they are completely incapable and ignorant about the success you show. They are supposed to be motivators - well, nice way to motivate team members!

Yes.. your future employee doesn’t need to know that you received zero training here and that Vanda is a sub par Pharma company at best. Get your 1 year and run. Try sending out resumes now to see if you get any bites. You’d be surprised

There is only 1 position posted for the Great Plains area, where is the other Vacancy? I wonder if the current managers would have any chance of getting hired by any big pharma company - Not one current Vanda manager has any special skills or even training.
 
















































Ha Ha. GP has failed at everything he has ever done including getting Vanda approved in Europe. His next job will be shower bitch in Federal Prison.
Mistype. Getting FANAPT approved in Europe. Google search showed me that Vanda management flop today. Many Vanda failures found through a quick Google search. The interviews made me think this was a class organization. I have learned that was a BIG LIE.
 








While all companies, small or big, paint an attractive picture, make interesting and positive statements about their companies during recruitment and hiring process. But what shocks me the most is, other companies do have lot to offer, they offer scope for advancements, but Vanda has nothing. Their promises have been baseless. Having joined this company, I wonder how and if Vanda experience will even be credited or recognized by other companies.

They are fired if they have ethics and common sense and don't push reps to sell off label or violate HIPPA and fill out Hetlioz intake forms for HCPs (yes, we know you do!!). They are fired if they have their reps back. They are fired if they ask questions or request clarification. They are fired if they do not respond to a demand from higher management regardless of weekend or if they are kn vacation.

Being unethical and downright criminal in some cases will get you kudos from the higher ups.

So True. You my friend have figured it out accurately. That is my observation as well. It is safe to say then the ones that are surviving are the ones willing to drink the Kool Aid and not let their brains do the thinking.

Brains? Mihales and GP do not accept nor appreciate intelligence, only obedience. This has failed but the two Hitler wannabes are way too blind to see that they are the problem.
