Nobody wants to get laid off and those that were laid off last year from here in the bloodbath certainly didn’t want to be. Unfortunately, getting laid off is part of the new normal in pharma.

Been there experienced that like many others that were part of this industry during 2007 - 2010 the most depressing period for pharma industry.

I wonder if he will say Vanda is exploring new indications for FANAPT??? No one believes that any more. Everyone knows mihales expects rxs for bipolar and everything else without spending a dime on getting the actual indication. Like he wants Hetlioz rxs for insomnia with no data. And let's not forget there is still no data for Hetlioz in non 24 in sighted patients

How could I forget? The people that spoke on those calis about “the right attitude” were clearly reading from a script and sounded like they were being hostage. It also confirmed that the actual work one did made no difference in the difference because the butt kissers that were at the bottom of the numbers kept their jobs but many high performers were let go.

I heard the managers had a script too when laying off folks and some were taken aback when the reps started to make them take pause with their questions. Heard a great story about someone telling the manager “Are you effing kidding me?!?” during the lay-off phone call.

This company doesn’t care about anyone so the best advice is to go to a company that actually does care about their employees.

Wow! I was referring to a couple of reps in general but what you are writing is quite interesting.

Did the change in rankings happen when Synphonu changed to IMS?

The whole data source thing was very sketchy because how could so many scripts have been unaccounted for before? And, wonderful Vanda still screwed people over in the 3rd quarter of 2017 when that went down because there were clearly people who made their numbers when the switchover to IMS happened but Vanda still wouldn’t pay them bonus (and that was the quarter where 95% was the payout threshold and there was that stupid team component kicker).

That was also the quarter of the Summer Fizzle and how messed up is it that there were winners of that contest that did not get their 3rd quarter bonus?

Something always smells rotten in the world of Vanda (as usual)!

I vomited when I heard the lies. And a bipolar study for FANAPT.... Mihales has told that lie on calls for years. If it happens it will be like all of the current trials his son puts together. 20 patirnts at Max with a 14 day trial.

The people on her complaining about how expectations are too high are also the people who were available when Vanda originally hired reps from Publicis. Not surprisingly, these were reps who, for the most part, had been let go as underperformers.

As Vanda continues to bring in higher performers and promote them, our numbers go up.

Congrats ANSRs and AAMs. You really stepped up! I am excited to see promotions starting to roll out, you deserve it!

Shut the hell up! Some of us are still here from the Publicis days when we actually felt respected and made Fanapt’s field force!

Publicis was a much better company to work for as opposed to Vanda!

Publicis also made sure that those in Winner’s Circle got cash instead of a bs “reward” trip to hang with DC leadership!

All Winner’s Circle members have also been given zero respect after their wins and that is why so many of them have left or were laid off because they dared to stand up for themselves!
