The Kaleo Way is to fire and track it's employees

I resigned earlier in the year from this horrible company. So your saying that they are now trying to retain people while at the same time they are threatening peoples jobs on a weekly basis? WTF! They have been on a firing/threatening spree since almost day one. Oh, and that 2 weeks severance is soooo generous of them. I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they lured people away from other jobs only to ruin their lives (and resumes). I hope all the good folks find something soon and get out. There is a better life out there.
Absolute disaster and career dead end!!

disaster?
Are u a contract pharma rep? We're u a direct hire?
Product is good and seems to be a diff sale then sign here and do you want lunch
Looks like there trying to make some changes and right the ship
Still looking for insight

right the ship??? By ruining lives, careers, and reputations??? Or maybe by giving the general public yet another reason to think pharma is the devil with price gouging???? Or by encouraging people to throw all integrity aside and perform illegal activities to get scripts??? This company is being sued all over the place even with their attempts not to be with their unethical exit "agreement" and is under investigation for price hike. There is no righting this ship asshole

This ship is sunk. Now retaining people who are not producing. CA manager cancelling ride with reps. What the he'll is going on. Who is running this ship. Fire the HR director.

I have an upcoming interview to sell Auvi-Q. Would love any insight about this opportunity. Been in pharma for over ten years. On a contract now in a less than desirable company. Should I take the opportunity? How is work life balance?

If you add the number of sales representative this company has had over the course of 3 years the sales force has turned over at least 4 times. That's 4 reps per territory. If you think that is a rep-issue and not a management-issue then you are sadly mistaken.
Reps hit the ground running, excited by uncapped IC -then get no support and sales die off. Sure, some have achieved success but it was NEVER "by the book." There is always back door dealing with independent Pharmacies looking to make $400 per RX. Way too much selling against the spread and all higher ups know about it but keep their heads in the sand.

There's no tracking via gps done here. There Is tracking done sales wise. No matter who you are or what you have done in the past you are only as good as your last 13 weeks. No mercy, understanding, or latitude for any issue. Produce or get the hell out.
These wolves are your best friends one day then plotting your demise the next day. No bs. Average life experience expectancy is about 6 to 7 months.
