i thought part of the new business plan with Auvi Q was to get rid of all specialty and streamline.
Do you really believe that He is the one to blame for the firings? Point the blame beyond the NSD.
he certainly helped them along even if it wasn't his idea to begin with. Whoever the grim reaper is doesn't matter, it's more stressful than ever here and the few that will remain by end of year will be so battle weary it won't matter
I am not sure we will be able to put Kaleo on a resume. Word with recuriters is really bad.

no job is perfect. If you work hard and build relationships, you CAN be successful. The culture is not the best, but they are not out to get you. I've never been asked where I am or what I am doing. I've been a pharma rep over 10 years, and there is big opportunity to make money. Is Kaleo perfect, no, but not sure if any organization is. Please don't base taking a job on what you read here. I haven't been on this site for a long time, and have never posted until now. I can truly say I have an AMAZING manager and I have made some great friends/coworkers working here.
What a crock of BS. A manager just left. A handful of reps are gone. Management is calling reps to keep retention because morale is so low. When you interview with Kaleo they tell you - you have 1 quarter to produce. Not great for your resume or career.
I resigned earlier in the year from this horrible company. So your saying that they are now trying to retain people while at the same time they are threatening peoples jobs on a weekly basis? WTF! They have been on a firing/threatening spree since almost day one. Oh, and that 2 weeks severance is soooo generous of them. I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they lured people away from other jobs only to ruin their lives (and resumes). I hope all the good folks find something soon and get out. There is a better life out there.
Agree, This place is a disaster and a horrible career move.
