I have a buddy that works for another pharma company in ONC. It is the best game and/or biggest scam in pharma. No one can see anyone. Oncology groups are loving the ability to use Covid as way to shut doors forever to pharma due to weakened immune systems. The question is, which pharma company will be the first to say enough is enough? Once that is done, the floodgates will open.
 












Thank God for the ALL DAY LIE! It’s way too damn hot to work! I will drive and put in some gas to prove I was there, get a sig and head home. The ALL DAY LIE will take care of me from there! Can’t wait to get to the pool !

Took the kiddos to school, got in a spin workout combined with some tai chi. Loaded up the grocery cart for pick up later. Dinner tonight will be lovely.

I didn’t eat too healthy this weekend, so I’m going to make a nice salad. Then I’ll probably take a nap (college football kept me up too late), followed by a few phone calls to key offices to “check in”. Have used the iPad at random intervals, Veeva, and opened some sales reports. I’ll catch up on 3 emails then take the dog for a hike (in the company ride) and sync up after 6p.

Whew…the ALL DAY LIE is exhausting.

You know. I didn’t used to be but then I learned that the best way is with your hands. You’ve got to drizzle the dressing all up on the sides; don't focus on just the bottom. The ALL DAY LIE allows for lots of extra time to toss salad! I’ve also gotten really good at making butter.
 












Now that Fall is here, I am lazier than I have ever been in my career! I didn’t think that was even possible! The weather is great and perfect for golf and tennis. I swear, I wake up every day with good intentions of working a decent day, but in an hour, I know I can’t do it. I try, I really do but I just can’t make a full day working anymore. Is this like some sort of a disease?

It is no different in the east or Midwest. in fact it's BAD in both and has been no access longer.

Policies that prevent marketing access to doctors there to treat patients, not listen to 90 second sales pitches from an army of parading pharma bots, doesn't make a rural rep "dead weight." It makes the whole charade of "sales operations" nothing but a laughable mirage.

To put this to bed once and for all, DMs should be required to document actual HCP access in districts by meeting with high volume targets just once a year, face to face, and obtaining a signature themselves. Heck, let's make it every two years. Or even three! Easy enough, right? But they won't, because DMs are the biggest purveyor of this worthless song and dance.

Emperor, clothes, there are none.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

And by the way, it's "duly," dumbass.
