Don't be an asshole.
Do you want to give your paid week off back?
Everybody knows this organization has massive problems, but you wanting more than a paid vacation for a holiday gift isn't one of them.

Y’all get a paycheck right whiny little rep!many pharma companies have time off between Christmas and NY. If you can pay 9 billion to buy a drug you can show some appreciation to your employees with a fruit basket or something of the sort!!!

That’s more than what our team got.I’m thankful for the portable iPhone power bank charger Christmas’s gift that my mgr sent to us. Really has me motivated for 2024. Let’s go!!
funny stuffMy manager sent a very nice gift. I very much appreciate his thoughtfulness and the shutdown week. That said, a real gift would be starting up the new year with a renewal of the concept of valuing and respecting field sales.
Even Clark Griswold got a “jelly of the month” voucher.
Kinda sad Novartis
The gift giving is stupid. The managers have a budget to give us some kind of gift. It does not come out of their pocket. Then us reps all chip in our personal $ to give our manager a gift. Some poor rep in the district has to organize it, collect the $ etc. Corporate gifting should be top down, not gifting up. I’d rather the whole thing just stopped.
Wrong on budgets. This is the 2nd year now that managers have no budget for gifts. If u did get a gift it came out of their pocket. Don’t be so greedy.
