Systagenix/Wound Care

I am not an employee here but ventured over from another medical device blog to read this one. Get for real.
You think the Smith and Nephew or Convatec or KCI or Hill Rom reps have their comp and quota sorted out this year. Bet you are one of those reps that thinks you deserve to make at least $150K on a $600K territory. If you are that good blow your numbers up and make some real K. I love sales but not the whiny weenies.

Yeah, yeah I know. You will now tell me to %&* myself and get off the board.

Since you're not with us, you'd have no way of knowing that this company rewards people who have $300K territories with $150K+ in earnings and those of us who have $1M territories (and still growing it) are lucky if we earn $80K. Hard for a company to survive when they pay reps more than they profit (expenses, cars, benefits, salary etc cost the company more than the revenue a $300K territory is bringing them).
So put in your resume, lots of openings!

This company keeps pays and rewards people from mci only. Its the jp method.

"Typical stuff you learn 3 months into the year".

This is the greatest quote ever!

Everyone should demand a comp plan and quota before anything else happens. How can you believe in a company that literally cant get out of its own way.

I agree that we should know our territory, but I'm glad we don't have our quota yet. Last year the sales projections were terrible, and only accurately projected who would make money and who wouldn't. The quotas were inaccurate and unfair. I'd rather have our quotas based on actual year end data and not just pulled out of a hat.

I couldn't agree more!!

Weenies? You are not even worth cursing at.

No, just go wash your pussy.

It will be interesting to see if there are as many departures after the meeting as there were before the meeting?

Does it really matter? Quincy wants kool aid drinkers who need a job and are really excited about 80k per year. Hey it is a job and 80k is nice money however this is a dead end.

Do you have any idea how many people have quit here in the last 2 years? Sales reps and managers...

Alright, Sales Leadership Conference....let's here it!

My opinion, great meeting, great leadership, and Tielle will get you on stage! Let's do it people!!!

My opinion...new product is great, but it won't really move until we have proper reimbursement. The comp plan is very fair. The future pipeline looks fantastic.

The biggest problem with Systagenix is the past few years of chaos. Ridiculuous quotas, month after month of inaccurate sales data, constant focus changes, constant leadership changes, etc have left the reps not trusting the company....at all. It's going to take a while to for everyone to have faith again.

New product could or could not be any good, no data at all. Bigger problem is that the pricing for it is insane. It Aldo would be nice to see some 2012 numbers since the first quarter is almost over.

I would rather not have the numbers because they are going to be a complete shit show when they come out. This company still has no idea how to manage our sales tracings and it never will.

This company is a shit shack.
