You are right. Nobody was laid off, everyone is making commission every month and killing their numbers and the company has been a success since jnj dumped us.
This is the best company ever. There are plenty of opportunties to get promoted and turnover is less than 1%.

I know the TN rep has left for a better position !!! I know one manager has interviewed for another job in the last two weeks. This company cannot even get it's own commission reports straight and pay reps without holding back money to cover the mistakes they already know they are going to make. How do you people survive under these rules? Don't forget to just barge into hospitals and go floor to floor with your tielle bags for the nurses . Stop your bitching and find your way to the fifth floor asshole. Also, better start familiarizing yourself with your OR's and how they work. People here are happy, they respect their leadership, they make good money, and they are here for the long term which is lucrative. Stop complaining, sell Tielle, the best foam/ fluid management system in wound care, use SFDC as a selling tool and not as an admin function, and drive your account conversion tools. SFDC is not going away by the way. Money is certain to follow. Be ready for lots of learning next week.

You think the Smith and Nephew or Convatec or KCI or Hill Rom reps have their comp and quota sorted out this year. Bet you are one of those reps that thinks you deserve to make at least $150K on a $600K territory. If you are that good blow your numbers up and make some real K. I love sales but not the whiny weenies.
