Have you talked to your manager for a bit of guidance? Sounds like your sales are down and consequently your morale is impacted. Pretty sure we have hit our number month over month for a few months now! You sound really disgruntled. Can't make it easy trying to get up and motivated each day. I am a realist and know we have had our struggles, but man I am hear to say the industry is buzzing a bit and it's all good. My clinicians that I am meeting with are finally beginning to get it. Maybe it is that I finally got it and turned my sales style around.

how many are there? only a few right?. there are many more of us SEs. And I don't think they get monthly commission and isn't the geography they have even more ginormous than ours like a few states. Dude I don't think the ipads has anything to do with how we rate.

That is right-they are not going to generate near the sales we are, they will be deemed a failure in 6 months and be gone. Name one project of their leader that was successful- speakers? Education?

Too bad to see you guys hitting a new low. Truly it's no wonder all the "medical device" rep's are moaning and groaning on CP. CP is singlehandedly exposing all the reps showing up to call on customer's in their suits and ties to sell them yet another wet?/dry it, dry?/wet it, hole in it?/fill it dressing. I don't work for this company but my company's board is just as disgraceful. What a bunch of low life, white trash we are underneath all of our "work clothes"

So what do you all think is going to happen in Tampa?? Hopefully the days of mindless sales aid role playing are over. Especially since our new VP realizes they have no place in acute consultative selling.

Question-i have to ride with the new Vp of sales. None of my clinics kept the dns shit around after the pictures were taken, they didn't want it around. Is she tracking or asking about it in the field?
 


















unless a manager bites the big one, there's no spots opening up. And even if there was, they would hire from the outside again and bring in some shitbag who needs to be trained by his own reps.
