How can you believe in the leadership? Are you in the kci jp club? There is nothing wrong with being positive but you must also be HONEST! How many people besides yourself are making money? 99% of the reps are not making money. The truth is our leadership is awful and they have been for 2+ years. A sign of poor leadership is when you have high turnover and multiple years of the majority of reps not making any money. This is leaderships fault and not the reps because they set the quota and set the comp plan. If a few reps missed quota and everybody was blowing it out then no big deal however since jnj sold the business this company has been going nowhere and fast. You all can see the numbers, coutn how many reps are doing well. Post it. If you can still say you believe in our leadership and everyone is happy than you are truly crazy and will never get it.
 






How can we see the numbers? They are never fucking correct? We can't tell where we are, if we are doing well, if we're in the toilet. There has been nothing but chaos since the start with sales reporting. No more blame to GHX neither, management is responsible for the reporting fiasco. They have had 2 years to fix it.

Since you took exception to it I am sure you are in the club. The JP club (both joel and jamie) is made up of ex kci folks, the northeast is loaded with them, managers who smoke cigars and everybody who takes it on the chin yet still smiles and says how great this company is because they think they have a chance to get promoted. That is the JP club.

When you say Northeast where do you mean? That entire mid atlantic/northeast region is fucked.

What is going on is this. Daily beatings/micro mgmt and no money are a bad combination. But no there is not a turnover problem here and everyone is making money. ahahah.

Who split in the NE today? I know for a fact that the whole team has been interviewing, but didn't know somebody finally caught on somewhere else. Is there anyone even left up there? They should make the manager take on one of the departed rep's territories, since he chases everyone out and knows everything anyway.......

I heard the same, girl in Boston? That's 2 in the northeast in the last couple of weeks. Hopefully they got good gigs and will graduate to bigger paychecks!
 






Systagenix sucks! They lie to bring people in and wonder why they leave within a year. This place will destroy your professional life...get out while you can. Recruiters laugh when they see this on your resume and will not put their reputation on the line promoting someone from this company.....God speed and good luck.
