The NE Manager should be on the chopping block next simply for hiring her.

Managers at Systagenix don't go on the chopping block no matter how poor the results, how bad the hires, or how many reps are turned over, and I've heard quite a few have left in the northeast. Unless of course they try to bang their reps.

So true..... And didn't a couple reps in the NE get whacked for poor performance a year or 2 ago? Maybe its time for lame duck managers to be held accountable for their poor performance! Over 10 reps in 2 years for the Northeast. Nice job with the turnover Systagenix! Time to fold this puppy up and call it what it is.........A LOSS. Sorry investors. You got milked by JNJ.

May be, just may be, this has little to do with the company but more to do with individual circumstances? Just may be ... But I guess that wouldn't sound as entertaining or as dramatic as what you just said. I get my facts straight before I speak, but that is hard work....it's much easier to just say stuff for the sake of speaking. Bless this board and the random rants.

I don't get it: does it have to be someone's fault? Can't people just move on because that's what they want? Assuming you work for this company, have you actually voiced whatever you think should get addressed with your boss, or your boss' boss? Venting here does nothing, except perhaps make you feel better for a while about it. It sounds like you don't lack confidence, so speak face to face or over the phone with the people you think should listen to what you have to say, rather than waste everyone's time by throwing random accusations over here. Wow people are getting testy here! Turnover is a big problem here. On boarding reps costs a lot of money and when people leave after 6 months it is tremendous drain of resources with zero production. The girl who resigned this week in GA is a huge loss. She was a leader in the field but she also produced.

Sure lets pick up the phone and call one of the JP's and tell them they once again screwed us with numbers and we are not making money because the plan sucks. We are driving business but because the numbers are insane we are not making money.

I agree. Dissent is not encouraged here and you would be putting your job in jeopardy. They say they want open communication and then they run right to the RSM's and they have them quell dissent and move out complainers.

Did anyone ask which DME group she worked with? I hear they can be a huge help if you work with smaller distributors.
 






Did another rep resign this week??? Maybe whoever it was got a job with GHX. Seems like a good gig. Keep fucking up and keep getting paid. Wait, that could describe a lot of people here as well!
