This salesforce will continue to take it up the ass and get screwed because they ALLOW it to happen! No one has the balls to stand up and tell the JP's that what is happening is wrong. Most of the reps are happy to be here and cant do much better so they willl never say a word. They could tell the salesforce tomorrow that going forward nobody gets a commission check and this is a salary only position (which is pretty much is anyway) and these dipshits would continue to work here.

Systagenix screws you because they can. Stand up or you deserve what you get.
 












Hmm. SA and Equity one guys in Quincy next week. Managers are asking for enough detail about our accounts to be able to use it as a play book for any half wit pharma rep who may be higher on. I'm guessing what ever it is it won't be good. Their getting as much info now as they can. Feels like people are going to be let go or the news is so bad they think we will quit. Or maybe we are getting Wound Check early. Yeah I'm just going to hope for that one.

When you work for a company that has less than 4% marketshare you are on borrowed time. I dont care how positive you want to be the truth is this is not a good business to be in. If it were JNJ would still be in it. Bristol Myers would still be in it. Prove these statements wrong. I would love to hear it. Good luck and get out while its on your own terms.
 






























Money was taken out of our pockets and given to provider plus guys - just take a look at the backend deals we have with distributors. Then we wonder why the sales reporting is so screwed up. It could be so simple , just pay me for what I sell

How many times do you need to get screwed before you realize this company is not going anywhere and you are never going to make money? Cut the shit and look in the mirror this is the worst managed company in medical sales. They do not have any clue how to create and manage a comp plan for distributor based disposable business. Dont believe it? No problem. Maybe you need another 2 years of getting fucked.

Since this company started a few years ago it has had major problems with reporting, payouts and comp plans. If they have not figured it out by now it aint ever going to happen. The only people that this hurts is you the rep. Wake up before its too late!

Try working with a DME company that's worth a damn... smaller companies are the way to go...
